1. CollectorsDolls saves your information for its own purpose. Your information will not be sold or transferred. If you have subscribed to receive information from CollectorsDolls.com, then we may occasionally send you information. For the purpose of completing your order, certain information will need to be passed to third parties, such as your address to the courier. Once completion of your order, you may request that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.

2. When you order, we need certain information. We need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address and credit/debit details. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to inform you of the order status. We also ask for your telephone number in case there is a problem with your order. In some cases, your telephone number may need to be given to the couriers. You may leave credit/debit card details if you intend to phone/fax/post your card details, or you wish to post a cheque. Our postal address is above. Your credit information is protected by 128 bit SSL during transit.

3. The information stored in (2) will contain information about your total spend. You are encouraged to remember your account details as CollectorsDolls, at its discretion will make offers depending on your spend hsitory.

4. By using our web site, you consent to the collection of data required to process your order. If we change the way we use the data, we will post the circumstances here.

5. We may use the data collected to improve the facilities on the site and to compile statistical information. Statistical information will not include any personally identifying information. We may employ other companies to compile this statistical information.

6. Orders paid for by cheque will not be released until the cheque has cleared. This usually takes 3 working days from the date we present the cheque.

7. As a customer of CollectorsDolls.com, you automatically become a collectors club member. You are not required to participate, but are encouraged to do so. You may occasionally receive information and offers unless you have requested not to do so.

8. Items bought from us will normally be sent by registered post or courier service.

9. Items bought through the Buy and Sell free adverts page are not covered by CollectorsDolls.com. We will not be responsible for collection or delivery, and do not operate an escrow service. Buyer beware. CollectorsDolls.com will not be liable for any consequences as a result of our buy and sell service.

10. Please allow 14 days for the delivery of your order. If we have not delivered the goods within this time period, you may cancel the contract and we will refund any money paid by you. Export orders may take longer.

11. You have a right to cancel. All cancellations must be made within 7 days of delivery of order. All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery to you. All returns will be at your own expense, unless the delivery was due to a mistake on our part. The return must be made in the original packaging and a copy of your invoice. If the order was delivered to you at our expense, we reserve the right to charge for the initial delivery and restocking, unless the delivery was due to a mistake on our part. Please be sure to return all parts, including accessories, certificates, paperwork, box etc. We advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured for the return journey.

12. All items will remain the property of CollectorsDolls.com until we receive the payment in full.

13. CollectorsDolls.com reserve the right to refuse service.

14. CollectorsDolls.com endeavour to be as accurate as possible for all information contained on this site, however, CollectorsDolls.com does not warrant that product descriptions or content of the site is accurate, complete, current, free of errors or reliable. If the product delivered is not as described by CollectorsDolls.com, your only remedy is to return it in its original condition, and condition (11) above applies.

15. CollectorsDolls.com, the logo and look and feel are trademarks of CollectorsDolls.com. These shall not be used without written permission from CollectorsDolls.com. Links to CollectorsDolls.com may use the logo as long as the link is not of a defamatory nature.

16. Trademarks of companies seen on CollectorsDolls.com are recognised.

17. To purchase from us, you must be over 18 years of age.

18. All prices are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates. All items are subject to availability.

19. You will receive an email confirming your order. Confirmation of order does not mean acceptance of order. Confirmation means we have received your order. You will receive another email from us when we have accepted your order. Once we have accepted your order, the contract between you and CollectorsDolls.com is made.

20. If you discover you have made a mistake with your order, you must contact us immediately, either by phone, fax or email. Please do this before we confirm your order.

21. The CollectorsDolls.com web site is our catalogue and does not make any offers unless specifically stated.

22. For the avoidance of doubt, no contracts are formed between consumers and CollectorsDolls.com through transactions conducted on this web site or otherwise.

23. All contracts are governed by English Law.
